He founded his firm in 1999 and focuses on Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, helping clients find financial freedom and a better future. KC handles about 20 bankruptcy cases each year, and has a lot of experience under his belt.
KC runs his firm as a solo practitioner, so he has been able to develop the right productivity hacks to create the most efficient practice possible. He first wanted to become a bankruptcy attorney because of the nature of the practice of helping debtors in need of legal help. He attended Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law for his law degree, after getting a bachelor’s at Miami University.
