NextChapter is thrilled to highlight one of our excellent virtual paralegals, Jean Springer. Jean works out of Phoenix, Arizona, but helps clients across the nation. And she knows her stuff – she’s been a paralegal for 21 years now. Helping attorneys and their clients during especially trying times is what drives her dedication.

Jean quickly loved the challenge legal work provides and being a paralegal allows her to directly help other people. She has mastered communication, ensuring that bankruptcy clients always feel comfortable during the often intimidating and confusing legal process.

What’s great about working as a virtual paralegal is that Jean can better balance her work and family life. She especially loves NextChapter because of the “collaborative and supportive environment that it provides.” NextChapter’s credit report integration always makes her job easier because it ensures accuracy and saves time. The integration pulls in credit reports directly from the three credit bureaus via a partnership with Universal Credit Services (UCS).

One of Jean’s favorite tech tools is Slack, which allows her to stay in touch with the team throughout the day and get fast support when she needs it. One productivity hack from Jean: looking at your task list each morning to prioritize and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

When Jean isn’t helping bankruptcy attorneys and clients, she loves reading, spending time with her family, and trying out new restaurants in Phoenix.

Jean Springer keeps bankruptcy cases moving, and we’re lucky to have her on the team at NextChapter’s Paralegals as a Service!
