We’re excited to introduce you to one of our amazing virtual paralegals, Kim Wheeler! Kim has been working as a paralegal for 11 years and operates out of Tennessee. She helps clients and attorneys with family, civil, private, and estate law, and she loves that there’s always more to learn when working on each case.

Working virtually as a paralegal allows Kim to find many other ways to learn, other than just her standard daily job. She’s new to the remote work environment, so she’s still coming up with ways to improve every day as she learns to adapt.

One productivity hack that Kim swears by is checklists. She says she is a huge believer in creating checklists so nothing ever falls through the cracks. One of her favorite tech tools is Practice Panther, the law practice management software that delivers tools like a client portal, organization tools, payment management, and much more.

When Kim isn’t helping clients with their legal cases, she enjoys spending time with her family as much as possible.
