Over the past year, NextChapter has released so many major features and enhancements! We've decided to skip our summer release in order to focus more on improving the product and stabilizing court integration to allow for e-filing amendments and more!

SOFA Review 📝

 

The Statement of Financial Affairs is an important part of filing a bankruptcy case. Just by following NextChapter’s linear process you will have a completed SOFA. You can correct or change any information regarding the SOFA in the SOFA Review section. Accurately complete and file the SOFA with NextChapter.

 

 

 

Template Filings 📂

 

Every court has different preferences on how bankruptcy packets should be assembled and filed. Create your own template filing petition customized to your district in the Review and File Section! From filing the documents separately to rearranging their order, you can do it all with template filings.

 

 

 

Calendar Sync 📆

 

Sync your NextChapter calendar to your firm's Outlook, iCal, or Google calendar for total firm organization.
