You can now file Business Bankruptcies in NextChapter. In addition to supporting Chapter 7, 11, and 13 individual cases, NextChapter also supports Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 non-individual filings.

A business bankruptcy for a corporation or partnership can be started from your firm's main dashboard. Start by selecting "Business" as the case type at the top of your screen. Once selected, the app will update the questions to match the non-individual bankruptcy court forms.
