Getting Started

Switching to a new bankruptcy software is a breeze with Concierge. All your firm will need to do is send us firm documents and processes. Just add concierge@nextchapterbk.com as a user and our team will get to work!

Data Import from Previous Software

Switching to NextChapter doesn’t mean you’ll lose all of your data. Provide us with a CSV of your cases from a previous software and we’ll import the data to create shell cases. We can also import your common creditors into NextChapter. These imports will get you started filing cases quickly and efficiently.

User and Firm Set-Up

Let us know the attorneys, paralegals and all other users you would like to add to your account! We’ll invite them to NextChapter for easy access. NextChapter will also add in your firm’s office locations. Onboarding your team has never been easier.

Customization to Your Firm’s Workflow

Send us firm checklists, attorney fee disclosure statements, and any other standard firm forms. Our team will tailor NextChapter to fit your workflow so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
