The NextChapter team is very excited to be NACBA’s 30th Annual Convention this month in Tucson, Arizona. The convention will be filled with sessions, speakers, and networking opportunities for Bankruptcy Attorneys nationwide. This event will be held at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa giving the opportunity for NACBA attendees to enjoy beautiful landscapes, golf, fine dining, and more!

Oh, and don’t forget the spa! After all that traveling, you deserve some pampering!

Obviously, we are excited to stay at this beautiful resort, but let’s hear what some of our team is most excited about!

NextChapter’s Sales Representative Alex Seymour says she is most excited to “[Get] to finally meet some of our current clients in person as well as new attorneys.  Also the opportunity to share with them about all the new tools and services that NextChapter has been working on and releasing over the last two years”.

Sales Representative Tim is most excited “to be back in person and meeting attorneys face to face. [He is] also excited to show attorneys our new doc creator feature, and how they can use it to automate creating documents.”

Speakers & Sessions

NACBA will be hosting sessions and speakers throughout the entire weekend! These sessions will cover a variety of topics on bankruptcy law, business leadership, converting sales, and more. 

The weekend is full of activities, and only so many you can attend in a day, but here are a few you won’t want to miss!

The weekend is going to be busy, but make sure you don’t miss out on the special keynote speaker! On Friday at 8:45 AM MST Ross Bernstein, a hall of fame peak performance business speaker will be hosting “Wearing the C: Leadership Lessons from the Greatest Captains and Coaches in Sports.” He will be applying what he has learned about business leadership through many interviews with sports coaches and how it applies to business all around. NextChapter’s presence has expanded over the years, starting with just a tiny booth, so we are very excited to be hosting two sessions!

Our very own Alex and Tim will be hosting the session “Streamline Your Practice Using SALI LMSS Fields with Document Automation” at 4:00 PM MST Thursday, May 19th. In this session, they will be going over how document automation can save hours of time by reducing manual data entry and improving efficiency at your firm. They will also be going over NextChapters Document Automation software that incorporates SALI LMSS to keep legal terminology streamlined.

Alex and Tim will also be representing Fastcase, “a spectrum of *legal software* tools to equip law professionals with smarter, more efficient solutions”, and hosting Fastcase Training Saturday, May 21, 2022, 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM MDT.
