Client intake has never been so smooth. MyChapter Debtor Portal is a platform for your clients to provide you with all the documents and information necessary to prepare their case.

 

 

Simplify Client Intake with these Amazing Features 

 

 

1. Personalize MyChapter 🖊

 

Customize MyChapter by adding your law firm logo, welcome message, and contact information. Turn sections on/off and add customized instructions. 

 

 

You can even add personalized instructions for each section and hide sections that do not apply to your clients on a per case basis.

 

 

 

 

2. Debtor Invite 📧

 

Requesting information and documents from clients can be a challenge. With MyChapter, send a link to your debtors right through the case dashboard. The email will contain the MyChapter Access link. 
 

 

3. Client Input 📱

 

MyChapter is mobile friendly and compatible with Windows and Mac, ensuring that your client can access the portal.

 

All your client needs to do is click on the link in the email and they will be prompted to enter in their information into MyChapter!

 

 

MyChapter is absent of legal-jargon so your client can enter their information without confusion.

 

 

In addition to inputting information, debtors can upload pay stubs, credit card statements, and any other necessary documents.

 

 

When your client is finished, they will submit their entry to you for review.

 

 

 

 

4. Attorney Review and Edit 🖥

 

Review and make any necessary changes your debtor’s input directly through the portal. Utilize our capitalization tool to change all lowercase or uppercase text to proper case with the click of a button. 5. Import into NextChapter 📥

 

Skip the hours of data entry with a stream-lined import. Once you have made any necessary edits, go ahead and import all of the data into NextChapter.
