Meet Kelly Oldiges, one of NextChapter's bright Customer Success Specialists. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Kelly resides in Columbus and works out of our office in the Short North. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Northwestern Ohio and a Master's degree from Bowling Green State University.
Kelly enjoys being a part of a team that is dedicated to making attorneys' lives easier. Every day, Kelly assists legal professionals using NextChapter. She loves how this smart and intuitive bankruptcy software allows legal professionals to help people in financial distress.
Working for a young company gives Kelly the opportunity to take on new projects and responsibilities. She is always learning in her role and loves the challenge of Customer Support. A Typical Day for Kelly at NextChapter Includes:
- Investigating and resolving complex customer issues
- Serving as an in-house “customer”, using NextChapter frequently and testing out new features
- Interacting daily with attorneys to guide them through NextChapterʼs application
- Building rapport with new and existing customers
Kelly is excited about working at NextChapter because she can grow with the company as it changes and develops!
Kelly's role requires multi-tasking and working quickly to resolve customer concerns. She stays productive by taking detailed notes on each project she tackles. Kelly finds that leaving a sticky note helps her remember everything she needs to tackle.
Her favorite NextChapter feature is NextMessage client texting, which allows attorneys to set up automated text reminders that go out to their clients based on the various case and hearing dates. Kelly loves how it saves time while keeping clients on top of their bankruptcy case.
During her free time, you can find Kelly being active! Her favorite activity is volleyball and she plays on multiple teams throughout the year. Kelly also enjoys her running, cycling and swimming.
We are delighted to have such an enthusiastic and motivated young professional like Kelly on our team!
