Chapter 13 Calculator

We have decided to roll out our Chapter 13 Calculator for free to all users until November 1st so everyone can get a chance to use it and see how invaluable of a tool it is. We will be releasing the 13 Plans shortly, based on order or user requests. To help us better prioritize and get your division's Chapter 13 Plan on the list, complete this 3 question survey.

Clio Integration

We are excited to announce Clio and NextChapter Integration. Together, Clio and NextChapter make it easier for firms to manage bankruptcy matters, contacts and more. Let Clio expedite client intake and keep everything organized while NextChapter simplifies the bankruptcy process. Head on over to Clio to learn more about the perfect practice management solution. 

Online Debtor Intake & Printable Debtor Questionnaire

We are introducing two free options for debtor intake assistance. The first is a fillable PDF that was created with the flow of NextChapter in mind. You can print and hand these to your client for completion or you can send them the PDF to be completed and saved electronically. The second option is an online debtor intake form that asks for the basic information and documents needed to start a new case. The results from this form will be sent to you in an easy-to-read email. Both forms can be accessed from the Client Dashboard screen.

E-book Training Guide

We've put together the ULTIMATE training guide to show you around the application so you can become a NextChapter Pro. In this guide, we take you line-by-line through the forms to show how the information is entered into NextChapter and also take you through the application from start to finish to show you hidden features, tips and insider's knowledge of how to best use NextChapter to elivate your bankruptcy practice.
