As you’ve heard, the new Chapter 13 Form Plan will be rolling out by the end of the year. We are here to tell you that NextChapter is ready and we will be sure to provide you with all of the support materials and guides to help you get ready too!
To help keep you and your firm ahead of the learning curve, NextChapter has added the Official Form 113 as a plan option for all firms who've purchased the Chapter 13 Plan Package. Many firms have expressed an interest in testing out the Form Plan, even if their district is opting out, since many elements will be uniform throughout all the plans.
NextChapter is working to update the existing plans in our system for districts that have opted out of the National Form Plan. We're doing our best to have each plan ready for the December 1st switch. Some districts may be delayed because the courts are still working approving their plans. Below is a chart of the court status and NextChapter status that will be updated daily until the December 1st deadline.
