Although the Per-Case Plan is one of the best options for solos and small firms, there are some significant benefits to upgrading to the Annual Plan. NextChapter Notices

Allow NextChapter to automatically save all notices from the court to the specific case in NextChapter. We’ll help you keep all ECF notices and free-look PDFs in the application. This will save you time and money since you’ll no longer have to pay to view PDFs on the Court and you won’t need to worry about losing a notice in your inbox.

 

Case Data Migration

As part of the annual plan, NextChapter will import any data that you can export from your current software provider. Unfortunately, some attorneys find that when they’re trying to switch to NextChapter, their current software provider won’t allow them to export their data and case files into a readable format. This problem is a considerable one for law firms. At NextChapter, we will never hold your data hostage and we will work with you to import as much data as we can into the system from your previous.

 

Download Draft Button

While the Preview function is available to all users, annual plan users have the ability to download a draft of their full bankruptcy packet. This allows attorneys and paralegals the ability to go over the draft with a client in either print or digital format before printing the final packet.

 

Customized Training 

In addition to our usual webinars and product demos, annual subscribers can schedule firm wide training to learn about NextChapter. We can tailor these training sessions to each firm’s preferences whether you want us to focus on certain features of the application or a general overview of the software.
