Credit Report Highlight

This month we are excited to highlight our recent API updates within our Credit Report Integration with Xactus! With this integration, you can directly import credit reports into your schedules, making the process fast and simple.

How to:

  1. Go to "Credit Report Integration" in your settings page to get started
  2. Schedule the bureau-mandated 20-minute onsite inspection. Get more information here: Onsite Visit
  3. We activate your account for pulling credit reports and importing data into NextChapter.
  4. Enter the debtor's social security number for any case and that's it! The report will automatically download and the data will import in Schedules D, E and F.

In our latest update, we have migrated our platform to a new API for better service. The new logic goes a step further by including the "consideration" designation for unsecured claims, identifies any bureau freezes and eliminates the need for an address. Make sure you don’t miss our webinar Credit Report Integration on Tues., Mar 28, 2:00 PM EDT to learn more!

Customer Story

Chester McLeod is an experienced attorney who works at the Law Office of Chester G. McLeod, which was founded on July 1st, 2004. His firm comprises of two staff members and is located in Pembroke Pines, Florida and files approximately two bankruptcy cases per year and specializes in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Criminal and Family Law.

Chester was inspired to become a bankruptcy attorney because he likes lending out a hand and helping people with their debts. He first began using NextChapter in 2017 and enjoys the software because it’s “easy to use and file”. Along with that, his favorite device to use NextChapter on is his Windows/PC and he appreciates that he is able to type up his information in the software, log out, and come back after days to complete his work. When Chester is not working, you can catch him outside playing baseball with his son. We are proud to have such a kind attorney using our software!
