After tallying 6,000 votes from the legal community, the winners were announced for the 2018 ABA TECHSHOW Startup Alley and NextChapter was selected to participate!

 

The 15 winning startups will be featured exhibitors in Startup Alley at TECHSHOW and will participate in a pitch competition on opening night in which attendees of the conference will vote for their favorite. In it's second year, Startup Alley is a dedicated section at TECHSHOW to highlight the up-and-coming in the legal tech community, promoting startups and the entreprenuers who run them. NextChapter: A web-based tool that helps bankruptcy attorneys prepare, manage and file cases online. 

 

Qualmet: Provides measurements and reporting of external legal service providers. 

 

SavvySuit: Creates a pro bono catalogue that helps attorneys find pro bono opportunities.

 

SimplyAgree: A closing management tool for corporate issues. 

 

Social Evidence: Collects and manages information from social media for evidence. 

 

Time Miner: Tracks billable time a person spends on their smartphone. 

 

Voluble: Insights for Litigation: Aggregates social media data for use in commercial litigation. 

 

VortexLegal: A marketplace to find legal service providers like reporters, interpreters and investigators.
